After graduating from French Culinary Institute in NYC and working in restaurants for several years, I started a pastry business, supplying baked goods to restaurants in the area.

But I missed the creativity of preparing savory food, so I returned as a private chef, teacher and recipe tester.

For 25 years, I’ve been a private chef to many families in the NY area. Today, 350's team of chefs travels around New York, Westchester and lower Connecticut preparing healthy meals for busy families.
